Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  1. Monthly renters will be charged a $100.00 +GST NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold a site; on check-in the deposit will be applied towards the amount owing on your first month.

    In the case of cancellation or “no-show” the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. 
    NO EXCEPTIONS.

  2. Nightly and Weekly renters will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE one-night deposit to hold the site.
    In the case of cancellation or “no-show” the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    Long weekends require a three-night minimum stay.

  3. 1 Unit and 1 Tent allowed on a single site – tent to accommodate dependent children of a family only.
    For more than 2 adults (18 years or older) in any unit the additional cost will be $5.00 per night per adult.
    A unit is defined as either an RV or a Tent.

  4. All Tents require their own site (with the exception of dependent children of a family unit) with a maximum of 2 adults.

  5. It is the responsibility of all campers to clean up their site prior to departure or a cleanup fee of $20/hour (minimum charge 1hr) will be applied to your credit card.
    If we must clean your site in order to do routine lawn maintenance, a fee will apply.
